The game has a special "two-line" depth system allowing players to fight in the foreground or background, and perform jumping attacks between the two lines of depth. The game is a one-on-one 2D fighter that stars 15 characters. The lone game this week for Virtual Console is Fatal Fury Special, an enhanced version of Fatal Fury 2, for the Neo Geo system.

Happy Hammerin' is available from the Wii Shop Channel for 500 Wii Points ($5). The title also features online leaderboards. The game has three different modes: Mole Adventure for up to two players, Marathon for single-player gaming, and Party mode for up to four players. The third and final WiiWare title this week is Happy Hammerin' from Gamebridge, a whack-a-mole style game. Dart Rage is available for 600 Wii Points ($6).

The game supports up to four players simultaneously and boasts a "sizzling" soundtrack. The game has four modes, 301-901, Cricket, Poker, and Baseball darts. The next game for WiIWare is Dart Rage from JV Games, Inc, a game which uses the motion sensing capabilities of the Wii Remote to deliver a realistic dart game. Mega Man 10 is available for 1,000 Wii Points ($10). The series is known for it's ruthless difficulty, but Mega Man 10the latest entry comes with an "Easy" mode, which alters the gameplay landscape to make the levels slightly easier. The game features enemies such as Sheep Man, Pump Man, Commando Man, and Blade Man. A sequel to Mega Man 9, this game serves as a retro-styled original title in the classic Mega Man franchise. The major release for this week is Capcom's Mega Man 10, for WiiWare. This week in Nintendo downloads brings us eight new games across Nintendo's digital platforms, with three for WiiWare, one for Virtual Console, and five for DSiWare.
